I use a food processor to make this quick, easy pasta. It truly only takes a few minutes more than boxed pasta and the result is soooooo much more amazing.
In a food processor combine 1 egg, 1/3 - 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2-1/2 cups flour, 1 tablespoon parmesan, and 2 tablespoons minced parsley or basil. Pulse till the dough comes together.
Turn the dough onto a floured and turn the dough a few times. Cover it with a damp paper towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into smaller pieces and run it through a pasta machine till it's the thickness you desire for lasagna or fettucine.
To cook the pasta, put it in boiling water till cooked to your desired doneness, approximately 5 minutes.
